Shipping /Returns/Terms


Orders usually go out the same day to one business day after receipt of your order. We use USPS or UPS from the west coast.

Please allow the following days for delivery depending on shipping method: West Coast 2-3 business days, Central 4-5 business days, East Coast 5-6 business days.


No overnight or international shipping available.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is by USPS priority mail only.

8.625% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.



The personal and credit card information you provide us is held at the strictest confidence and will not be provided or sold to anyone....... period.


Customer bears full responsibility for the copyright of the artwork sent. Please do not send unauthorized copyrighted artwork.


All merchandise are deemed to be in reasonable condition and are sold "as is" unless stated below.

You may return your merchandise (at your shipping cost) only if it is in its original condition and within 21 days after receipt of the merchandise by you. Please check your merchandise thoroughly immediately upon receipt. Customer should contact us immediately if any defect is found. We are only responsible for the original purchase price. We are not responsible for any loss caused by further processing done by customer such as washing, printing, dying, embroidery, etc. Any alternation to the merchandise or if the 21 days return window have passed will void any right the customer will have to return merchandise or be refunded.

You will receive a refund back to your credit card or paypal for the purchase price of the returned merchandise only, and not for shipping. Shipping is not refundable. No refunds or replacements will be given until we have received the merchandise back to us. Remember to include your name and return address. Return merchandise to:

Imprinted, engraved and embroidered merchandise are not returnable or refundable, and is also "as is", unless a mistake was made by us. The same 21 days notification and return window applies. Responsibility/Refunds of no more that the original purchase price also applies.

For one color screen print, any cancellation after the screen setup is completed but before imprinting begins will be charged a service fee of $50.00.
